Fee models by discipline
For chiropractors and physiotherapists we support configurable percentage-based service fees where legally permitted. For RMTs and psychotherapists we use flat subscription, platform, administrative, or per-booking models only. The platform enforces these rules at the database level — a percentage model cannot be saved for a discipline that does not permit it.
Split payment architecture
Payments flow through a split-payment architecture (Stripe Connect). The practitioner is paid first; the Coalition service fee is deducted or charged with a clear audit trail on every transaction. Providers can view every split, every fee, and every payout inside their portal.
