Belong Care Coalition Inc. is a Canadian Practice Management Corporation (also known as a Management Services Organization, or MSO). We are structured as a standard for-profit corporation and we do not provide clinical care.
What we do
Belong Care Coalition provides administrative, marketing, billing support, technology infrastructure, onboarding, and network services to independent regulated health professionals and clinics across Canada. Our platform helps providers focus on delivering care while we handle the operational and growth infrastructure.

What we are not
Belong Care Coalition is not a clinic, medical provider, professional corporation, or health-care practitioner. Clinical services on the network are always delivered by independent regulated health professionals or the professional entities they operate. Practitioners remain solely responsible for their clinical care, documentation, professional standards, licensing, patient consent, and scope of practice.

BelongHealth.ca is the patient-facing brand of the Belong Health network — a Canadian, family-first health platform helping patients find care and maximize their benefits. Belong Care Coalition is the provider-facing brand that coordinates the network of regulated professionals and clinics who deliver that care.
